The Project Process

Step One

The process usually starts with a visit to our showroom to appreciate the choice, quality and finish of a Hill Farm kitchen. The pieces on display are intended to provide ideas, the final design and layout being determined by each customer’s needs.

Step Two

We visit your home or office and work with you to formulate ideas to ensure we design exactly what you’re looking for. All Hill Farm kitchens and furniture pieces are bespoke designs. We then provide plans, drawings and costings.

Step Three

After the plans are formulated and agreed, our small team of highly skilled cabinet makers is thoroughly briefed. Consequently everyone involved, from the customer to the fitter, knows the project intimately.

We have no ‘production line’ at Hill Farm. Each item is unique, with everyone involved contributing to a truly individual result.

Step Four

We welcome customers at Hill Farm to see their own kitchens or furniture being created.

We only use the highest grade of timber, from managed and sustainable forests, and we manufacture everything except for the knobs! All our cornices and mouldings are of an authentic design, inspired by various listed building work we have undertaken over the years.

Step Five

All our kitchens and furniture are hand finished with environmentally friendly products, prior to being installed by our skilled fitting team.

We provide our own plumbing service, and work in partnership with skilled electricians to ensure a smooth transition from concept to conclusion.
