Georgian Boot Room & Utility

The Inspiration...

The task in hand for this stunning Georgian property in Nottinghamshire, was to design two bespoke spaces; a boot room and utility room. For the utility room design the clients asked for plenty of practical storage solutions, integrating 2 washers and 2 dryers, as well as an integrated dishwasher and oven as a backup to their kitchen space. The large bi-folding doors open up to give excellent access to the washers and dryers, with the versatility of shutting them away when they aren’t in use. For the boot room design the clients wanted something of a wow factor for their main entrance hall. They needed to house storage for coats and boots, as well as a gun cabinet on the opposite wall. Chris, Managing Director & Designer, created something rather special with the use of bench seating, solid door storage and some aesthetically pleasing open shelving. Both spaces have been perfectly tailored for the customer's lifestyle.
